Appointment
- Visual panels of Appointments and Spaces, where we can quickly and efficiently check the registered appointments and the available spaces, in a date range.
- By default, appointments for today are displayed.
- Optimization of appointment registrations, minimizing the number of gaps left between them.
- If the patient does not exist, we can register him or her at the same time, without changing the screen.
- Optional indication of the reason for the visit.
- Indication of whether the visit is for a treatment session (default), or for a new ailment (indicate name) or an old ailment.
- Sending an email to the patient with the appointment reservation.
- Daily and automatic email sending to patients, with a reminder of their tomorrow's appointment.
